We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team! This position will involve handling transactions and providing outstanding customer service while also cross-training as a Barista to prepare delicious beverages. High Schoolers 16 years old and above are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Greet customers warmly and check them in with a smile.
• Answer phones politely and take messages as needed.
• Follow check in procedures and ensure waivers are signed/filed.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide information about services, menu items and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Do frequent spot checks of play areas and restrooms for cleanliness.
• Cross-train as a Barista to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working in a family-oriented environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in collaboration with team members.
